The Book Mark will not ship out textbooks. If you accidentally add a shipping charge, we do remove it from your total. If you click on the small arrow during checkout, a drop down window should appear allowing you to make the appropriate choice.

Text Our return policy: Fall and Spring Semester, textbooks will be accepted for two weeks from the beginning of the semester. The first 5 days, only the sales receipt is needed. From the 6th through 14th, a DROP Slip and receipt are required. January Term: Returns are for three days only. Because the term is short a revised schedule and receipt are required. New books must be in saleable condition to be returned for full refund. If a new text has been marked or has bent corners, it will be refunded at 75% of new price. Books polywrapped and/or with software must remain as originally sealed. Open packages will be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Books without original software disks/CDs cannot be returned. There is NO return on open cds or discs. Book Buy Back is done in the store at
finals. The Book Mark offers year round buyback on our page.
