Returns of textbooks are accepted through the 3rd day of class each term.  A receipt is required.  For dropped classes, textbook returns are honored through the first two weeks of class, fall and spring semesters, and through the 3rd day of class for J-Term - a revised schedule and receipt are required from the 4th day - 10th day of class.

Rental books can be returned during the first two weeks of class only if a class has been dropped.  A revised schedule and receipt are required.

New books must be in saleable condition to be returned for full refund.  If a new text has been marked or has bent corners, it will be refunded at 75% of new price. Books polywrapped and/or with software must remain as originally sealed. Open packages will be charged a restocking fee of $5.00.

Our return procedures: The Book Mark is happy to accept returns or exchanges on general merchandise within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds without receipt are subject to a 20% discount.

Non-returnable:

* Batteries - unless package is unopened                       

* Software

* Calculators                                                              

* Health and beauty aids      

* Disks - unless package is unopened              

* Clothing that has been worn or stained.

* Special order merchandise
